Some observations from having used it myself:

When creating rail lines in the asset editor, creating sections that lead underground makes editting the saved asset impossible after you reload it. You can't delete the rail sections that lead from above ground to underground. So if you want to remake an asset, say because you're either bored of it, or notice a fatal flaw whilst using it; you have to remake the asset from the ground up. I feel like the railways have been neglected in regards of asset editor usability.

When laying down intersections, we need the ability to turn off the snap too feature, the same as we can on roads. If you make a specifically sized section of roading, or rail using the editor, and then try to put them underground, you'll often have to delete above ground sections of road and/or rail above the new section, if the mouse pointer gets close enough to it. That's a tiny thing but I'd personally like this change implimented for conveniences sake.

In map editor, can you give us the ability to make custom measured sections of road addable to a road and rail construction list? Any road and rail sections made HAVE to be added to the intercections list, and double line railway lines + motorway sections clutter it to a point where finding anything in the intersection tab is a real chore.

The ability to combine a building WITH a road is sorely needed. You can't currently do it in asset editor. You can, however, precisionately measure out a section of road to fit a building perfectly. But being able to add the building to the road section from the editor would be grand.

The end, and thankyou for reading.

I would like to see in the asset editor the ability to edit cargo train stations and cargo harbours as well as the ability to change the shipping capacity. I also would like to see the ability to change the capacity of buses and taxis within those buildings too, and the changing of airport capacity.

I'd really love seeing all of those things become part of the base game myself. There are already mods which allow you to do exatly what you described already. There's even a few that allow you to select which type of bus can be launched from a particular station.

Ayyye. I think the devs are trying to do something about it though. I've noticed them tinkering with the asset editor and the way roads and railines interact between the editor and ingame situations.

Post a few screenshots in this thread. Maybe it'll help the developers to pin point exactly what's causing the issues.

Adding Parking Lot on like Wendys Plopable Building Asset. I know their's Not so Unique Buildings Mod but that Mod doesn't show up in Game for me even when I have Activated so like Popeyes and so on Unique Building in the Props section so we can put it more then once. Signs that say land Zoned for like Apartments or Fast Food or so on.
