I realize that domestic slider moves are applied to existing runs, but i'm curious if the assembly line techs knock of days from already existing production.
They do , for the next. if you have a loop of 10 INF, if in the middle of the first INF you get the small arm assembly, the bonus will apply to ALL INF, starting after the one that is building.
What is apply immediatly is the cost in IC, but assembly line does not modify it (modify only the time).
