For some reason it is impossible to assassinate people. I try to get characters with a finesse on 9 or 10 (with no traits that decrease intrigue success) to assassinate other characters and the best i get is Unlikely or Very Unlikely. I have tried seeing if the same characters will be able to assassinate different characters but I never get better than Unlikely and I always fail.
I have even tried seeing if different skills help (Martial) but nothing is working. I don't know if this is technically a bug but I used to have no trouble with assassination.
I am using vv 2.3.2
Does anyone know why or have any inisight? Does anyone else have this problem?
