Aspect ratio issues

Hello, I just bought a new PC and upon launching CKII, the aspect ratio proved to be out of whack. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but as the screen itself is not "stretched out", the main menu ingame is inaccessible because it falls "outside" the monitor. Consequently, I can't access options and change the graphic settings there. Is there a way I can launch the game with another aspect ratio? Thanks.

Probably as Windows iss et to something higher than 100% scaling, so do this:
Steam/Steamapps/common/CK2/ck2game.exe, right click this, properties - compatibility - check 'disable scaling on high DPI settings'.

Resolution is in settings.txt file, which is in C:\Users\<Name>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II
