We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
That's impossible, yet there are mods on here and the workshop that have been using the soundtrack for months, so we need some clarification here.
There are EUIV mods (Some of which have been on this forum for a long time) using content from vanilla CK2, and CK2 mods using content from vanilla EUIV. There are a lot of mods doing this, so either Paradox isn't enforcing the rules, or they don't matter anymore.

If it is EU4 mods which use EU:Rome sound track it most likely is against the rules (unless they found so really really clever way to make sure you own rome, but I doubt it) so report them.
Well I obviously cannot speak for pdx. But the way I read the rules having CKII content in EU4 mods and the opposite way is directly against the rules so I would still report them. If they are fine then there will come nothing of the reporting; if they aren't then the mods will become aware of these mods breaking the rules.
This is disallowed, you need to report those. The moderation and administration is very clear on this point and directly reacts. But I believe these rules only apply for these forums and the Workshop, for the mods that are outside of here paradox can't do much even if they are breaking the rules.

I've always wondered two things:
1) How do you guys figure out resources for certain areas in games like EU and Vic, especially EU. How do you know what an area in Tibet, South America before colonization, or areas of Switzerland mostly produced in 1444? Some areas I can imagine, but not all.
2) More generally, what are your largest sources of information? Is it Wikipedia? Books? And do any of you guys have any degrees or education in history?

Well, we are in a new office so that means we didn't have to clean up (that much).
2016 seems a nice year for videogames though... will we hear more of those other 2 super-secret projects during this year? 
My son is disabled and I happen to notice that there were plenty of nationalities and gender/cultures but no people with disabilities in the we are paradox video. I also am not really aware of the swedish labor laws so I'm curious if you employ people with disabilities and if so, what departments do they participate in?
Employment discrimination on the basis of disabilities is to the best of my knowledge illegal in all EU countries.

I can't recall anyone disabled being employed at the moment (we're so many now, I've been gone for 6 months on parental leave and we are in a large new office). But as Meneth says, discrimination because of disabilities is illegal in Sweden.
Our offices are designed with accessibility in mind. There are no stairs that doesn't offer ramps or elevators as alternatives, we have equipped bathrooms etc. In short, we've ensured that we won't have to turn down any talent because of any such reasons.
We also collaborate with http://www.ablegamers.com/ to do our best to not exclude anyone from our games. We don't want to exclude anyone from the making of them either. Everyone is welcome to apply for a job here and we will hire anyone based on their abilities, not their disabilities.
