I can't recall anyone disabled being employed at the moment (we're so many now, I've been gone for 6 months on parental leave and we are in a large new office). But as Meneth says, discrimination because of disabilities is illegal in Sweden.
Our offices are designed with accessibility in mind. There are no stairs that doesn't offer ramps or elevators as alternatives, we have equipped bathrooms etc. In short, we've ensured that we won't have to turn down any talent because of any such reasons.
We also collaborate with
http://www.ablegamers.com/ to do our best to not exclude anyone from our games. We don't want to exclude anyone from the making of them either. Everyone is welcome to apply for a job here and we will hire anyone based on their abilities, not their disabilities.
