I certainly hope that is not the case.
I'm still hopeful that it was just used in the context of announcing a fantasy game rather than a change of direction but an official answer would be much appreciated.
I certainly hope that is not the case.
Me too; them leaving historical games would be really bad. On the other hand I cannot see them giving up the 4 major titles.I certainly hope that is not the case.
"leaving history in the past" is linked to the fact that their game is not built on history. Nothing more to interpretate for me. I don't think we'll see them abandon the great 4 soon![]()
No, the designers are Henrik Fåhraeus and Joakim Andreasson. Is King back with the studio for Stellaris?
We can't answer that at this time, both games will be released at the best possible time for that gamestellaris will relase after or before hoi4?

In the leak it stated a date in February 2016.It says "Coming Soon" on the Steam Store. According to Yahoo Answers, "Soon" can be "Anything from a few seconds to a few centuries."
Which you know, could potentially be a tad bit long.
But since you apparently learned from your reveal of HoI4, we can assume that the release will be sooner, relative to the announcement.
"the leak"?In the leak it stated a date in February 2016.
Steam messed up and released the steam page for the game on wednesday meaning that everybody and their dog knew it was stellaris already on wednesday; which understandably really annoyed the devs."the leak"?
Now the big 5 with StellarisI don't think we'll see them abandon the great 4 soon

I refered to the big 5 as paradox considered it a new "major" IP. But I agree with you on the differences.I don't consider Stellaris being on the same league that the Big Four, simply because it's quite different from the others in a lot of aspects. EU, CK, Vicky, HOI share an historical background and a certain railroading while it seems that Stellaris will be a complete sandbox game. But well we don't know much yet.![]()
That's true, did not think of it that wayI refered to the big 5 as paradox considered it a new "major" IP. But I agree with you on the differences.
What would win in a fight, a silverback gorilla or an adult brown bear?
(I personally lean toward the bear)
