Just use the career site to get in touch with HR. Right now our main bottleneck is office space - so chances are slim - but get on HR's radar and we'll see what happens 
Let's be systematic about this, and map out the three obvious candidates: Germany, France, and England/UK.
CKII:
* England tends to hold out well, though not especially strong
* France does well
* HRE does well
EU4:
* England tends to do well
* France does really well
* Austria does well
Vic2:
* Germany does really well
* France doesn't really do much
* The UK does well
HoI4:
* Germany can do well
* UK doesn't fall to AI Germany, so I'd class that as well
* France gets destroyed
Overall, it's a tight race between the UK and Germany. However, HRE, Austria, and Germany could be considered two or three different countries, so the victory probably goes to England/UK.

You don't get "new reply" alerts for a thread that's marked as unread.
So when he hit "mark all as read" he started getting "new reply" alerts from every single thread he'd ever participated in.
You get alerts if you've watched the thread (and it doesn't have any unread replies).
You can configure it to watch all threads you post in.

Dunno if we'll get a book wall, we have a room with some books and games (both video and board) and a big box filled with books that is free for all. Think I have added at least 50+ books to that one...
