Wondering what historical resources do you use to identify place the various states in CK2 and EUIV? For example, the many small nations in central and western Africa, and in South East Asia (EUIV)

So I hear you are founding members of Women in Gaming now. What does that mean? Support for more women in development studios etc? You've had a healthy amound of ladies in your company for a long while, what has changed?

Just like you point out - this is something we've worked with for quite some time so nothing has really changed, just "more of the same" and doing it under the "Women in Games" org brand rather than just from Paradox. Specifically when it comes to women at Paradox we are over industry average in Sweden but only just. And the industry average is still low. Our focus has been to increase interest for game dev jobs in general and also diversity in applications so that we have a much wider selection to choose from when we pick the most qualified candidates. And we'll continue to work with both short term and more long term strategies so that our industry can continue to grow and attract talent from all parts of society. Hope that helps to answer your question.

I'd like to make a suggestion regarding an idea for improving the launchers for the games, but I'd rather not spam the forum by making identical threads in all four suggestion subforums. Where should I make the suggestion, or should I just make the four identical threads?
Presuming you are referring to PDS games, the PDS thread would be a good place.

Hello everyone.
I'm new to the forum, but I've been playing games from Paradox since EU2. However, since Paradox started making their own music (pretty much first experienced it in EU3) I've been listening a lot to it outside of the games. I beleive the music to be of such quality that I would gladly go to a orchestral concert with this music. Is this something that is in some planned pipeline from the Paradox team? If not, I would love it for the community to gather around this topic and root for it to happen!

1. What happened to Cartel? Will we see its continuation?
2. Do PI have plans to revive the Runemaster game?
3. Why is East India Company not sold on Steam anymore? From what I've read more, the dev team was disbanded just months after the game was released.
4. Are there many tycoons/management games being pitched towards PI? In a previous stream (from GDCC I think), it's mentioned that PI is looking to diversify its porftolio.

East India Company is no longer affiliated with PI and hasn't been for years.
All Mount and Blade games stopped being affiliated with PI years ago.
1. Shams & Fred did this stream in 2013 explaining a bit more
3. The publishing rights to the game reverted back to the devs after some time as part of standard terms. So you'd have to check with the original devs.
4. I'll ask Shams to come in and answer this one
5. Taleworlds are self-publishing Mount & Blade 2 and there are no plans for us to get involved. We look forward to the game though!
Can people working at Paradox use whatever peripherals like keyboard, mouse and headphones they want at work?

Are there plans for official wikis for the White Wolf properties, similar to the ones made for EU4, CK2, HOI4, and V2? (Exalted especially, as having a central location with guides and advice on how to run games, and explanations on how a lot of the more unclear mechanics actually work would be an amazing help for those trying to run or play the game.)
The answer is probably no but i though i'd just ask , are allowed to use 3d models from other games if we had permission to?
