For physics I would rather suggest a game more like bridgebuilder or Garrys mod.
Not having played it much myself I thought the point of those tools was just to help you assemble things operating under the real laws of physics quicker?G-Mod physics allow me to surf on a board by picking it up with the Physics Gun and standing on top of it.

Yes, we do have Earl Grey in Sweden...I'm pretty sure you can get that stuff more or less anywhere.
