Sorry for the delays! Here is a continuation of the epic saga of the Asian Empire.
The Asian Empire has made gains against the Zhou and are practically defeated. China is now united under the banner of the Asian Empire. The Oirat Horde has also been eliminated, absorbing the Mongols into the great Asian Empire.
The Asian Empire is now being headed by Ashikaga Yoshihisa III, son of Ashikaga Ieshige who has recently died. However, upon being crowned Emperor of the great Asian Empire, he faces a great problem; The Fifth Castillian Crusade, this time supported by thePortuguese. Yoshihisa must defend the honour of his great Aunt Okiko and the rest of the Asian Empire. Aside from his troubles with the Europeans, the Dai Viet have refused to help, ending the alliance. The Empire is on it's own.
The Portuguese make the first move by landing at Satsuma province in Kyushu but the force is defeated by rookie general Aso Ieharu.
Aside from the war with European powers, the Asian Empire is having internal troubles. Revolutionaries have risen up to end the monarchy. The revolutionaries are people who believe the monarchy should come to an end, after witnessing the French Revolution, along with a handful of Mongols and Chinese who don't believe in Pan-Asianism. Silly fools, we conquer for the security of mother Asia. We Asians must stand together as one.
Revolutionaries in the capital of Nanjing have been easily defeated and dispersed.
In Hokkaido, the rebels have taken a province.
In Kyushu, the war rages on with the Spanish Armada blockading ports and Portuguese landing. A 2nd force has been defeated, but the first reorganizes and takes Satsuma.
The two armies meet, with the Portuguese taking heavy casualties, as the Asian fighting spirit out matches the European.
Despite the multiple victories, Bungo province falls and many battles take place to retake Kyushu. \
The time is over. The legacy of Okiko will never be forgotten. Has she and the Asian Empire reached it's goal? yes and no. Asia was almost united, only to be set back by Europeans powers. But, the great Empire still manages to challenge these powers. Only time will tell if the Asian races will ever be truly united.
