As a Judaism Nation, what's a better choice, Semien or Euthopia?

Semien NIs are better imo than Euthopia, but Euthopia starts with an insanely good leader (6/6/5 AFAIK).

I've already made Judaism the primary religion in Euthopia, but not sure if I should stick with Euthopia or go for Semien and then revolt.

Last time i looked, Semien ideas were pretty crap (besides the +3 TotF in traditions). So stick to Ethiopia for a good ruler, good events and much better ideas

Out of principles, you should choose Semien as the primary Jewish Ethiopian nation.
Out of practical considerations, Ethiopia is stronger as far as the first decades are concerned.

Just looking at ideas, Ethiopia > Semien. RCC, Dip rep, Missionary, - autonomy. ICA probably on par with, maybe better than morale.
