Making it harder to to means that less people will do it, and it'll be less effective.tbh the change proposed wil only minimize the arty barrages. It'll just take more Recon and practice using the "Fire on Position" command to accurately drop the shells ahead of time
Since the patch with 2e French and 21 Panzer Div I somehow feel that I see less arty then before.

Somehow makes sense because both Divs are good at pushing aggressively and thats bad for artillery even for your own because it has to be repositioned and might not be able to keep up.
