Bonuses to just Artillery or does that include Anti-Air, Anti-Tank, Naval battery's?

If you are talking about the research company, then I guess you'll get the 10% research speed for the entire tab of artillery.
The staff commander for artillery gains only its 5% for field artillery and artillery company only.

Bonus includes all of the artillery battery but I don't think it is worth the PP. Artillery are already fairly cheap to invest.

Under the Artillery Tab, there is an Artillery tree with sub-trees for Anti-Air, Artillery, Rocket Artillery, and Anti-Tank.
There is a Material Designer that gives a +15 Artillery Research Speed bonus. Will this bonus apply to all branches of the Artillery Tab or Tree - yes or no?

Yes for ART, AA and AT
No for Rocket-Art, because rocket does not count as "artillery"; it has it's own category called "rocketry"
