Artifact research order?

Is there specific order in which artifact plans are gained, when researching them in library.

Or is it randomized?

If specific order is used, what exactly it is?

Similarly, is artifact research from silent archive having different set of artifacts to gain?

In order: Yes, pretty sure so. No. Haven't memorized. Yes, very sure so.

IIRC, research artifact always gives you Deathbringer.

Heart's Blood is given by research dagger plans despite its being an artifact.

Can't recall what the Silent Archives artifacts are.

Yeah, I confirmed that Deathbringer is always the first.
But what is given 2nd, 3rd and later times using same option?

I won't have access to the game for a week but you can use FreeRecipesToggle to craft them all and mark the order; just make it a separate saved game so you don't disable achievements for this play through

Generally I need to see if it pays off to research bunch off stuff I do not want if later stuff is good.

Just tried... I do not think that that console command does anything.

OK, I've used only cheat to add 1 point of experience, so I can unlock research progress. Then traveled between locations to pass time.

Research Artifacts can be done twice and gives following diagrams in this order:
Deathbrnger Axe
Hierarch's Robes

Research Items can be done 4 times and gives following recipes in this order:
Azurebell
Marshberry
Skycap
Sableroot

I do not have Silent Archive which gives additional research options.

As always, if you get specific scroll, you can research what is on it.

Another interesting thing is that Deathbringer Axe requires Obsidian Fragment, which according to the wiki can only be found in Burning Library. So if you passed the library, this research is pretty much useless, exempt if you aim for Hierarch's Robes.

Tested multiple times? I remember Azurebell took a few attempts to get, but I may have researched drugs first thinking I might find it there.

As for the Obsidian Fragment, yup it's there (there are few notorious items that are supposed to be in the library but aren't, cough cough) and I haven't found it anywhere else that I can remember. Might also be that you use it to upgrade one of Cairn's body parts? I can't recall.

As for the Silent Archive, one artifact recipe you can research is the Scales of Mercy. Can't recall the other(s). Nothing too exciting.

Silent Library gives Scales of Mercy, Snowfang and I think Commander's Plate

Regarding the ordering, I do not know if it is fixed or not, since test was done only once.

FreeRecipesToggle lets you craft/research even if you don't have enough resources; it works for me (after the customary IRoll20s, of course.)
