I want to make a mod that can "ask to buy an artifact" from the artifact owner by using targetted_decisions and I want it to make it look alike give_artifact_interaction so I can easily choose an artifact that I want to buy.

Is there any way to do this? I've checked everywhere about this interaction but it seems that it is hardcoded.
