I love these forums. People around here really know how to express themselves in thoughtful and constructive ways. The only forums more constructive are the Minecraft forums that my son loves to frequent, where players are just trying to kill each other, and are happy to cheat to do it. Those forums are a little more pleasant, but otherwise, it's all about the wonderful, supportive PDX community!

How is this waste of time? The modder did them to earn some cash. Waste of money? I agree. There are two reasons to buy this: 1. You want to support the modder / 2. You want to see more these kinds of packs. (You see, Paradox is experimenting with new ways to make money
) Otherwise waste of money, at least in my opinion. It's 0,334$ per building and the assets are not that high quality.I disagreed because I think the pack doesn't include enough buildings for the price. So not so sensible price. You are better off with donating directly.
Agreed, but I guess these assets are going with vanilla standars. (They don't look that detailed)

Not this time, but just wait for the big update that comes with the disaster DLC...

Can't be waste of time since CO wasn't really part of this, and are still working on disaster stuff.
Matt did this in cooperation with Paradox. now is that deal between them two a waste of time and ink? I don't think so.

After weeks of discussions about the possible payment from skyrim workshop, now we get the same with Cities Skylines mods ? This content creator pack means selling mods through the backdoor. Really bad idea - I am not going to support this.

Just bought it this weekend! It looks promising to see these Content Creator Packs, also hoping to see more architectural styles to come in the future!

Is this your first time buying a Paradox published game? Making a zillion DLCs is their bread and butter.

Looking at your prices for full DLC with actual new mechanics, looking at how low resolution [read: fairly easy to model] buildings are in this game (something I thought you planned to ramp up a bit over time, btw)? I have to disagree with earlier posts saying $5 is reasonable for handful of buildings. Particularly since most (excluding the "unique buildings," I think?) aren't "ploppable" and may not even spawn much.
I'd absolutely pay about $5-$7 for a full Art Deco theme, though, for whatever it's worth.
