I have a question, I did not like the way HOI3 speed was, it seemed too slow, even at superfast. Will it be like HOI2 speed?
I have never really understood the "need for speed" in Paradox games - do some folks actually play HoI as a thumb-twitcher??
Well if you want to try say 10 different strategies off tech order or buildup orders within any reasonable timeframe a quick speed sure helps alot...Quite - when I read posts on the HOI3 board from people complaining that they couldn't play the first 4 years in an hour - I couldn't help think 'why do you play this game at all??'![]()

Why was this named Arsenal of Democracy? I can't really bring myself to play a game with such a name.
Here are two that probably aren't on the bug list.We have solved pretty much every bug on the culmulative bug list, and some more.

Upping the number of possible brigades per unit would be really great. The possibility of low manpower / medium IC countries having a small army, consisting of hardhitting, heavily brigaded units would be nice.
About brigades; It could be great if trucks and APC's could be modelled as expensive brigades, attachable only to regular infantry units, in stead of as seperate motorized and mechanized infantry units. That way you can upgrade a regular infantry unit to a motorized unit or a mechanized unit, as they were historically during the war. (f.ex.The Leibstandarde AH division started the war as a motorized division but later upgraded to become a mechanized division - the advantage of course being that this division by that time was highly experienced)
As it is now, whenever you motorize a unit (doable only by building a brand new motorized infantry division) you still have a division left without trucks. You can of course disband this unit for the manpower, and regular infantry is always useful, but i would prefer to have the possibility to slowly supplying all my units with transportation - IIRC the british army was almost completely motorized - the focus being a small but wellsupplied and professional army.
In any case, I love brigades, so the possibility of adding more of them to every unit, and modding more in myself, would be great. (In particular I would like to change the setup of the french army in '39, with lots of medium tank brigades attached to the cavalry and the infantry, in stead of them having many tank divisions - their basic mistake when regarding armoured warfare was dispersing their (quite excellent) armour among the infantry, in stead of grouping them in tankdivisions, in effect building heaps of armoured brigades.)
Here are two that probably aren't on the bug list.
-event commands disorg_division & damage_division don't work with expeditionary forces
-unlocalizeable hardcoded text strings:
(1) on the land/naval battles stats screen
(2) in the leader history boxCode:Defense Attack Loss Win
Code:%s got the trait %s at %s "%s attained skill %i at %s" "%s was promoted to %s at %s"
This! Adding multiple brigades to one division would be a great addition

What about the game running in different resolution than 1024x768? I haven't seen such declaration in AoD threads (maybe my fault) but since FTG was adapted to different resolutions, perhaps AoD could be too, as they share the same map engine...
