Is there a way to use arrow keys to navigate the Focus tree instead of having to use the horizontal and vertical scroll bars - Please see screenshot
You can pan it with mouse. Just keep left button pressed and move.
I really want an option to toggle off inaccessible paths - would remove all clutter, making them way easier to navigate.

I was just going to suggest that! Just hide the subtree(s) that will never be used after choosing exclusive path.
