Description​

right clicking the character portrait to arrange a marriage between courtiers receives a year long cooldown upon confirmation for some reason. the find spouse function does not, and you can still select one of your courtiers as the second spouse in the pairing, making it effectively the exact same interaction with added busywork

Steps to reproduce​

start a game, right click your guy, arrange a marriage between two courtiers, and then try to do the same a second time. alternatively, load up the save attached where ive already done that and right click murchad - hover over arrange marriage and it should say something to the effect of "you cannot use this interaction on you until [date]"

I also noticed this. I presume that they added a cooldown for the AI proposing marriages and it unintentionally applies when you "propose marriages" to yourself.
