playing as prussia it says south german (onlypossible choice) -2/4. something like that. how can that be?
and to darkrenown as he reads everything. i understand right pop unific is not possible with your mod and what does it exactly do/improve? i assume it is selfinstalling.

I assume your manpower looks something like this?

If so you need to convert more pops to soldiers to support your army.

I don't think it can say -2/4, does it instead say "south german- 2/4"? That should mean you currently have 2 south german divs while you can support 4 with your current soldiers. The space is important

As for my mod, you can read about it here. It's not self installing, it's a rar file, but if you just right click on it and pick "extract files to.." and aim it at your vic folder, all the files will go to the right place.
