Description​

When Bonus Effect happens for a Military Tech Steal (Instant Random Tech), you gain no benefit and the technology does not research. The Operation tells you what technology rolled but you do not get it. I believe this is a separate bug from the BBA-tech folder bug that has been confirmed for the similar "Steal Air Tech" Operation and may be related to the steal_random_tech_bonus function.

Steps to Reproduce​

Do the Operation and ensure you get an Instant Tech roll. You will see the Operation tell you that you got tech, but the tech is not added.
