Yip you can do it. In the DB folder of EU2 or AGCEEP if you are playing that, theres is a file named, oddly enough, armynames.csv, open it up using excel and make the changes you want.

P.S. I don't think you can add entirley new entries since all the tags have been used, you may only change existing ones but I could be wrong

You can add other tags. For example BYZ or MOS. Just put them somwhere into the middle of the list.

any of the existing country tags can have armynames (and you can expand the lists of existing ones too)

I would suggest opening the csv files with a text editor NOT excel (it is easier to make the changes with a text editor).
