Looks great so far.

Buuuut I cannot build IL-2 :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Please help o_O Ilyushin seems to be locked to medium aircraft only. Same for Jakowlew which for some reason can only produce CV aircraft. I want my historical designs, bruh...

In all honesty, I know it is a design / balance decision and I don't know yet what issues we have for other countries. Anyway it would be good to extend the list a bit. All Medium aircraft and CAS for example for Ilyushin. However then again questionable for other countries that have designers using this trait if it makes sense... Maybe we need more individual designers... Let's see

Congrats on release!
Now, can I ask for the possibility of completing the achievements without Ironman? :D

Its really good. Denmark is really well done. but i did wish that we would get a communist tree. Also that the communist leader looks like the real one Aksel larsen.
But its still really good. Im playing the monarchist path and i can say that theres nothing wrong.

would recondment

Plz is my game broken if I don't have AAT but because of the patch ? o_O

Edit : Ok so yes the games are broken. Waiting for the rollback to be available asap here, as I was preparing my game for a looong time, and was just about to properly start it tonight !

Actually, why not just ask for the user if he accepts the update or not instead of starting to download and install automatically ??

If you had released this yesterday you would have actually been in time for Leif Erikson Day.
(Yes, that is a real thing).

How come no one has posted 'joke-like' comments on the adjustments to "Hardness." As soon as I read the Patch/DLC info, I thought to myself.., "man, there is going to be a huge thread with corny references to the "hardness" stuff. Is everyone maturing.., I hope not.

Damn, ty for answer. And no option to set that up in their app for next time I guess ?

There is this property:

Better than nothing. HoI allows you to open the game straight through the executable, bypassing Steam, so that might work.

Wow, quite a few changes, really interesting.

❤️ the new design companies mechanics. It's really well thought out, with small but very relevant buffs, and the the way the funds build up for them if you use them for research and / or on production line feels realistic and proportionate. The research impact being "pay as you go" is also a great change. And I can see serious specialization happening in MP given you have to choose, say, between CAS and agility for light aircraft company.

Special forces doctrines: again fantastic. One thing though: it's free super-marines for the US I guess? They requires Naval XPs and the US has unlimited amounts...

The international market is probably awesome in single player mode.

New focuses seem well though out and better balanced then, say, the Baltic ones. Also, mercifully only one accursed balance of power mechanic. Sorry - not of fan of those dynamics. Will be interesting to play them out.

I love the "historical" button on focus tree - great guideline - retrofit for all nations?

Overall, huge THUMBS UP.

One question: soviet union foreign advisors -> civilian specialization is now -15% consumer goods!!! (was -5%). Intentional?

That's good, finally it's here! Enjoying a game as Finland, but slightly disappointed some of the confirmed bugs for France weren't addressed (yet).

How come all majors got special forces models except France? Could France be given models for the mountaineers and marines?
What do you mean? France still starts with 4 mountaineers, fielding even more battalions than theoritical capacity.
If you mean 3D models, which other countries do have one, besides Nordic countries?

I'm afraid that's not an option Steam offers us.

The only way around it set Steam to only update files when you try to start the specific application. Steam always wants to start the latest version of application.
With that you can postpone the update and then either start the game in Steam Offline Mode or directly trough the .exe without the use of Steam at all.

I am talking about the 3D models. The US has different kinds of models for the Marines, Rangers, and Airborns. Britain has models for its commandos and paras. Germany and the Soviet Union also got mountaineers models, as well as a new infantry model for the latter. I have not checked for Japan, but as of now France does not have any 3D models other than the generic one....
