Armor Upgrades? Where are they?

Okay I just came back to playing IC and decided to play it over DH and been happy thus far with it. Now what I am seeing in my second game as Germany, I am in August 1939 about to kick off my invasion of Poland, have 5 Panzers divisions ready to carve up the path into Poland. I researched the Pz 38t version for the Light Armored units which all my panzers are Pz IIF and have waited now for a month for my upgrade to the new Pz 38t panzer. Its not working? Shouldnt I see my upgrades slider in production window show me 5 upgrades needing to be done? I dont see anything its sitting at zero now for a month and my panzers should be upgrading automatically correct?

Is this a bug that was brought up in the past? If so can someone please give me some insight on this issue. I know there are Light, Medium and Heavy tank versions in IC over DH using the IC tech tree. However for the love of humanity, if I research a new tank model, why have my older version Light tanks not upgraded to the newer version light tank? Thats what is baffling me. No I do not have my units set to never upgrade, thats off on all units at this time. Please let me know why I have to build new panzers to see the newer versions? Is this working as intended?

Hmm still no response after 70 people viewed my thread. Maybe I should be a tool like Mikey dude and then I might get a response to this from a Dev or a community member?

I have searched this forum to no end for information regarding all these upgrades that are in Tech Tree yet in game they are not taking effect. Seriously with IC over DH was there a big problem with the Tech upgrades that "NO ONE" has see or mentioned?

Plain as day that my Pz IIF will not upgrade to Pz 38t tanks even though they are both light tanks in the same tree. This is becoming quite annoying. Guess I will stop playing again till someone can fix this. ho hum.

I have IC on AoD and haven't noticed anything like this yet. Have you tried it with AoD? Looks to me that all these problems have so far been with DH.

Why do I want to digress back to AOD? I have AOD, I elect not to play it right now because I like the new features of DH with IC atm. Starting to wonder though (scratches head).

I want an answer to the DH stuff not AOD thanks Julle64 for trying to help but you are making me a little more frustrated with your repeated AOD issue. This has nothing to do with AOD its DH with IC and since DH people state its a IC issue, I am posting here.

Dev's? You guys back from a holiday yet? Not one of you can post a reply to me in over 3 days? AND NO I am not playing the beta nor will I till it gets approved by Paradox, which I guess means wait another month or more.
