I would like to suggest that forces from nations forced into exile by invasion who have forces still available be
assigned to the leader of that faction til the countries is reinstated nomatter how freed. It is really silly to have
independent fleets, air units, and divisions wandering about with the faction leader feeding, fueling, and resupplying
them with no idea what there are or what they are doing. In the Allied camp all forces in exile joined in with the
UK (from conquered European countries) and fought (and died) alongside all the other Allies. I have heard cries
in the past that decrying this for some national reason but it is a fact they did fight or were disbanded as being of
no use. They would receive replacements on a very limited basis but be upgraded to current weapons of the
allied nation they are under. No more Polish navy sitting in Portsmouth getting bombed by Germany to oblivion
or Netherlands sub wander alone and uncontrolled off the German coast till sunk.
