Arma 1.1 it is Jan 1941, what should I do?

Hi, I'm Germany and am playing the Armageddon 1.1 version. It is early 1941 and Britain just refused the sue for peace event...I have forces up to Rangoon but I still need a few provinces in Africa and all the Pacific ones to annex. How can I free up my transport capacity before Barbarosa?
I have liberated no one..and have annexed all the historical nations by this date plus sweden and spain, Japan is not allied yet, do I bring them into the axis?

You got lucky with the UK then, their surrender event is utter crap.

I would just face the handicap of TC overload if I were you. Though I am curious why your TC is overloaded prior to Barbarossa... How many rounds of factory buildup did you take?

Regarding Japan, personally I don't invite them in since they tend to bring the US into the game way too early. They won't help you in Barbarossa anyway The only advantage they offer (besides navy blueprints) is their help in taking the British VPs in the Pacific... If they can refrain from DoWing the US long enough, that is.

Also, why are you playing such an outdated game version? Current Arma is 1.3beta2, I highly recommend upgrading once you finished or aborted this save. So many bugs are solved and the intel system will finally make sense...

Thanks...I invited Japan before reading your answer and they dow on USA within a month! Now i have US forces landing a little bit everywhere and I am getting slightly annoyed.
I think I tried the later patches but had problems..once im done with this save, which looks like it is going to be soon, I'll dowload it.
