Arg! Help!

I've had an ongoing game with my cousin of the past month or so (him Bavaria, me Milan) and everything was hunky dory until about 2 weeks ago. Suddently we cannot connect to one another...any ideas? As far as we can tell, the only thing that has changed is that he installed the new Sim City game, but besides that nothing changed on the hardware or software side.

Any Ideas?
