Not as far as I know of. I know the CK2+ Mod allows you to go past 1453, but I don,t think you can with Vanilla.

I want to try playing the 1337 start date but worry that the game length will only last 120 some years. Does CK2 now have a play past end date option like EU4 does?

All you need to do is to change the end date in the defines.txt file (inside the 'common' folder).
If you don't want to do it manualy yourself, there are also mods for it, though it's a super minor edit.
