Are there any noticeable ahistorical timeslines possible?

As the title says. Iron cross obviously has a myriad of events but do any of them lead to something that's markedly off in terms of historical outcome? I'm thinking revival of Austria-Hungary and that sort of thing because I noticed that even picking every non-historical event option as Germany still will put Hitler into power.

(Yes I could obviously sift through the event files myself but it's just that much easier to ask)

If you play as Austria, the Anschluss won't take place, so you can try to recreate the Austro-Hungarian Empire from there...

Once I released the AH Empire as Stalinist puppet while playing the USSR.
What really annoyed me was that they chose to build at 50%, which meant dozens of useless infantry divs.
But that should be patched by now.

Also I played USSR after the bitter peace and managed to take on all puppets AND drive to Berlin by 1949 - that was tough, I had very low MP but I managed to encircle lots of German divs. Of course Japan stayed out of this.
