Are there any becides the EU Generator?

I want to be able to select all the provences i want. The thing i hate about the Eu Generator is that you can only select your capital provence.

There are no custom maps for EU I but EU II will feature a map creator

Map creator or scenario editor?
A map creator should give us the chance of creating entirely new "planets", which means diferents continents. When Colon went to America in his first voyage, he didn't know that he had 0% chance of missing this continent, which added to his feat. But we, OTOH, know where to look for even the smallest island , which makes exploring kind of pointless.

Ah yes... I think it is a scenario editor that is supplied, not a map editor... Sorry.
Anyways, I don't see the need for a map editor
