1. Countries get -20 neighboring heretic even though I'm not actually neighboring them. Have they changed the rules about neighbors i.e. in the vicinity? Shouldn't they actually have a border next to mine? Secondly, wasn't the malus -40? (in my case I was Tibetan Buddhist Guge versus Confucian Ming).
2. Two Hindu countries get different maluses. Asssam gets -10 different religion, Nepal gets -5 different religion. Something seems off.
