Nice, i like to make use of equipment and equipment management. having only battles is boring. some other tools to enjoy are pretty coolWay better than in HOI3 because you have to actually build enough of the the equipment you want to give to your troops.
You can also chose which equipment your division templates should use (if available).
For exemple giving the best one to frontline units and old one to garrison divisions or for training purposes.
I don't think that made it inyou will even capture enemy equipment at various times and can have your troops use it

if you watch WWW, you can see that @Da9L captured some equipment when he annexed countries.I don't think that made it in

Yep, for now its only partially implemented. As it has been said many times, capturing a whole country to get equipment is not the same as capturing equipment on the battlefield, what many people are asking about.
So captured equipment only made it partially. As the devs said it will eventually will be added, we may still hope for the future.
Yep, for now its only partially implemented.
I also hope that we will soon be able to capture HW from overrun/encircled units.
For example Japan had Type-35, Type-38, Type-44, Type-99 rifles.. if i supply 100% my army with type-44 rifle, 2 years later i produce type-99 rifles, then can i replace old one`s by my new equipments?Yep, for now its only partially implemented.

depends on number of factories, number of troops that you want to rearm etc.for example Japan had type

...Units will also upgrade gradually - if you for example have 100 division and produce 100 Inf. equipment per day, each of your divisions will (on average) each replace 1 old Inf equipment for a new one, per day.
You can define if a division template is reserves, default or elite, which defines which divisions get priority on better equipment or not.
correct - it was a simple exampleBut you can prioritize some division templates (types) so they upgrade more than average:
yeah, I hated moving sliders on almost a daily basis. No upgrade sliders anymore, nor consumer goods (which are automatically reduced from civilian factory production). You can give [upgrades/reinforcements/new units] each a priority for who gets what equipment produced, including newer models of infantry equipment and artillery
