With all the economic and admin cap changes, are the randomized starts obsolete?
For example:
Planet size: With mega corps suffering 50% more a penalty is starting off with a size 16 world unduly harsh? Should all empires start with a certain size world baring specific starting choices? (Tomb world, gaia starts for example)
Ruler: Is it fun to create your custom ruler, then have his/her/its traits randomly given? I cannot count the times I got slave optimization for an empire that has *no* slaves. We should, imo, be able to pick our starting rulers traits. It makes them far less annoying.
