Are randomized human looking Factions possible?

Since you already can meet doublettes of alien races in the depth of the galaxy as the blorg stream showed and wiz confirmed, can we have random human looking factions too?
Since a lot of options are now possible for pregenerated AI-nations and stuff, I think randomly generated human looking aliens, maybe with other traits than real humans would be fun.
This maybe isnt everyones cup of tea, but I would get a kick out of human looking aliens from across the galaxy, that have avian sounding names, and are venerable and nomadic and are a megacorporation for example. Maybe make it optional.

I'd like an option to disallow specific portraits from being used. Then I'd run at least one game in which I'd simply disallow everything but humans and watch humanity light the galaxy on fire.
