Hi. I found a fallen empire yesterday. It used the German name for Klingon I used in my custom klingon empire. Or at least it looks like it. Is this a new feature, a bug or just a coincidence? But "Klingone" is not English?

Every empire, including fallen empires, have a 5% chance to be picked from one of the premade empires (both your own and the default ones).
In case of fallen empires that usually only includes the name and the species.
