'Bad from experience' is the crux really isn't it? Thats because the AI is not capable of carrying out such manouvres.
Hopefully we will get to blockade level come saturday and I'll be able to recount dramatic stories of blockades on the high seas

I'd love naval power to be a force. If it is I will near always go for it as I love historic ships and such.
