Though they off course should go in relevant courts and rumours as well, every sort of formal interaction, be it treaties, DoW's, RoP's, embargoes or excommunication should go here.

The Treaty et Nantes

In Regards to Peace

1. The Kingdom of England and Duchy of Brittany shall cease to be in the state of war declared by Brittany upon England and shall have peace throughout the war in Normandy.

2. The vassals of England, being Wales, Aquitaine, and Scotland shall as their Overlord have peace as well with Brittany.

In Regards to Trade

1. Fishing rights shall be firmly established by agents of both lands who shall convene in St. Malo in several weeks time to determine the quality and depth of the channel waters between England and Brittany to set said rights.

2. Cross Channel Trade

a. Both Nations shall have a trade entrepot established at the most convenient locations in either Realm on the Channel coast. As such England shall set up a warehouse in St. Malo and Brittany shall have its choice of the Cornwall ports of Warem, Exeter, or Plymouth, Plymouth as the most likely loacation.

b. Brittany shall purchase all of its raw wool and textiles from England, via the Port at St. Malo. This shall be done at a 20% discount.

c. As well England shall import from Brittany an amount comparable in Wine and odd wares from Brittany via Brittany's trade ports at a corresponding discount of 20%

d. The spirit of these accords is to increase trade volume and profits in this sector of the Channel as well as moderate fishing disputes and stabilize the price of dried fish in the region.

In Regards to Future Relations

1. Neither England nor Brittany shall take up arms against eachother for 2 years time, lest a rightful and just Casus Belli irrefutable by God is manifested.

2. Both realms shall agree to discuss and consider treaty's of non-aggression or alliance in the immediate future, as the Breton's of Brittany and the people of the British Isles are akin and ancestor and ought to live in peace and brotherhood.

Normandy-Brittany Non-Aggression Pact

The Government of the Ducal Court of Normandy and The Government of the Ducal Court of Brittany

Desirous of bettering the cause of peace between Normandy and Brittany, and proceeding from the fundamental displays of goodwill and friendship betwixt the aforementioned sovereign courts, Normandy and Brittany have reached the following Agreement:

ARTICLE I.
Both High Contracting Parties obligate themselves to desist from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with another Power or Powers.

ARTICLE II.
Should one of the High Contracting Parties become the object of belligerent action by a third Power, the other High Contracting Party shall in no manner lend its support to this third Power.

ARTICLE III.
The Ducal Courts of the two High Contracting Parties shall in the future maintain continual contact with one another for the purposes of consultation in order to exchange information on problems which may affect their common interests.

ARTICLE IV.
Should disputes or conflicts arise between the High Contracting Parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties shall settles these disputes or conflicts exclusively through friendly exchange of opinion or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration commissions to the satisfaction of both parties.

ARTICLE V.
The present Treaty is concluded for a period of fives years, with the provision that, in so far as one of the High Contracting Parties does not advance it one year prior to the expiration of this period, the validity of this treaty shall automatically be extended for another three years.

ARTICLE VI.
This Agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is signed.

Jedisan Trade and Loan Pact

Part I - Purpose: To reaffrim Venetian, Polish, and Lithuanian ties as well as create a trade foundation to profit all parties.

  • Article I - The parties involved are the great and pious nations of Lithuanina, Poland and Venezia.
    Article II - The parties have joined together to strengthen their friendship and thusly do.
Part II - Trade: Venice, Poland and Lithuania shall join in trade.

  • Article I - Venice shall supply the materials for the building of a custom house in Jedisan for the purpose of Polish-Lithuanian-Venetian trade.
    Article II - Polish, and Lithuanian trade in the Black and Mediterannean Seas shall be handled via Venetian vessels and traders and these costs shall be taken by Venezia. Venetian merchants shall be permitted to purchase Lithuanian, and Polish commodities in the port of Jedisan not exceeding 40% of the total volume available for purchase which shall include, grain, copper, iron, and wool.
    Article III - Venezia shall ensure a permanent, sufficient and cheap flow of goods to the realms of Poland and Lithuania. Venice shall not make more than a 45% profit on the sale of these goods, ensuring the best possible prices for the people of Poland and Lithuania.
    Article IV - Venice shall use its vast resources to find the highest prices for Polish and Lithuanian goods and thusly guarantee an increase in their profits.
Part III - Loan and aid agreement

  • Article I - All parties shall do everything in its power to loan the other members with monies in the case of need.
    Article II - All parties shall join in the purpose of mutual assistance.

IV. Aragon shall cede Valencia and Murica to Castille inclusing all rights and titles now and forever. Castille shall allow Aragonese merchants the use of Valencia port with only 10% taxes above those normal for Castillian merchants.

V. Aragon shall taxes Castillian merchants at 40% reduced taxes and tariffs. Castille shall taxes Aragonese merchants at 40% reduced taxes and tariffs.

VI. Castillian soldiers shall be able to use Aragonese navy as transportation upon the request. Aragonese soldiers shall be able to use Castillian navy as transportation upon request.

VII. Queen Elinor shall be recognized as Matriarch of the family of Trastamara which includes Constantine's family and all decisions made within the family must first be approved by its matriarch. Constantine shall be recognized as having full right to deal with Maria's rebellion as he sees fit..

VIII. There shall be a royal marriage between Castille and Aragon. They shall be between the children of Queen Elinor/King Juan and King Constantine/Queen Blanca. It shall be the road to the unity of Iberia.

IX. Aragon and Castille shall work together to unite Iberia.
