The map seems to be too big as it is. Large swaths are left NPC, which makes getting around or conducting regional politics difficult. I know the map was just expanded eastwards, to allow the Timurids, Sibir, etc., but that whole area is only partially filled (not to mention North Africa, the Balkans, Germany, Poland and Lithuania), and I think that BA put the limit there to prevent those border states from being too powerful. I don't think there's much for them to do right now, either.

I have a map which is almost up to date already, the Scenario editor makes fixing this alot easier.

To be honest, CC, I'm not 100% sure about the other applicants' suitability for the big majors. You've been around for a while, and staying power is always something that impresses me. But I've got to be honest, mate, you've not the world's most prolific poster. Can you give a cast-iron guarantee that you'll be more active if you were to get a role closer to the action?

My other concern is that if you ditch the Mamelukes and take on one of the major Christian blocs, that it'd damage the status quo we've got between Islam and Christianity. If you think you can take on a role like Ven, Lith or Pol, could you first please resolve any of the loose ends you have as the Mamelukes?

I admit that i'm not the best when it comes to posting...i guess that I just think that as a christian ooc I will be able to post more from a christian perspective in a christian country.

I have been alot more active lately and am looking forward to getting more involved in the game. i love the history and there are so many great minds for it here. I will be able to guarentee that i will be more active again in the future.

I've tied up any loose ends at the Mamelukes and if its cool with you then i'd like to move to Poland.

Are people forced to pay back "bank" loans as soon as they have the money, or can you keep the loan untill you like to repay it?
