I shall do so. It will take me a few days of research before I am ready to reveal the true might of Frederick II 'Iron Tooth' but I will be sorted by the end of this turn.

Don't worry about MSN and other advanced stuff. If I had it you can rest assured I would not know how to use it.

Wilhelm. Newcomers enjoy some protection, ensuring they shall not be attacked by stronger neighbours without due warning, and without having had the chance to gather allies. Being the agressive party in a war, however, cancels this protection, as we cannot expect Algeria not to defend themself.

Making an unprovoked declaration of war, as this one is, will surely be rewarded by negative events, which will very likely cost you any chance of succes in the war.

Please spend some time pursuing non-agressive play before engaging in a war. Should you in one week still desire to attack Algeria, I shall not stop you, but do consult with your by then appointed Steward before engaging in such activities.

Treaty of Florence​

Upon this day in the year of our Lord 1451 the Kingdom of Aragon and Florence do hereby ratify the Treaty of Florence, and forever proclaim their undying devotion and faith in our Lord and Savior Jesu, to the Holy Catholic Church, to His Holiness the Pope, and to the defense of the Christian faith, whereever it may be found, and the end of the scourage of the Mohametan upon Christian lands.

I. CONCERNING THE DEFENSE OF CHRISTENDOM

A. All signatories to this alliance do hereby agree upon the need to defend the Christian faith and the Cause of Christ, in all places in the world where it may be found. If any member of this alliance is attacked by, or declares war upon, a Mohametan King of Prince, then all other members of this alliance are obligated to come to the aid of said ally, either by personally warring upon the Mohametans, or lending money to the Christian prince.

B. All signatories to this alliance do hereby agree to take arms against the Mohametan King of Algeria and the King of Tunisia, which wage war against His Holiness even at the present moment. No member of this alliance shall sign seperate peace with either the King of Algeria or Tunisia.

C. These articles shall be in force for as long as this treaty is in existance.

II. CONCERNING WAR AMONGST CHRISTIAN PRINCES

A. All signatories to this alliance shall condemn any Christian Prince that declares war against a Christian Prince on Crusade, and shall make every effort to encourage peace among Christian Princes. As a last resort, should an agressive Christian Prince throw his lot in with the Mohametans, and refuse to cease an assault upon the lands of a Crusader, then his titles and lands shall be considered forfeit, and subject to seizure by members of this alliance.

B. All signatories to this alliance agree to a ten year period of peace with every other member of this alliance. Any agression towards a fellow Christian Prince shall be condemned, and the offender punished severely by all other signatories to this alliance.

C. These articles are in force for as long as this treaty is in existance.

III. CONCERNING THE DIVISION OF MOHAMETAN LANDS

A. His Holiness, Nicholas V, or His Successor, shall distribute any and all territories conquered by members of this Alliance seized from the Mohametan. His Holiness, Nicholas V, as Viceregent of Christ on Earth, has the best interests of the Church at heart, and He knows what is best for the conversion of the Mohametan to Christ.

B. Members of this Alliance may cede, purchase, or otherwise trade titles which they already have, or gain as a result from conquest. All members of this alliance recognize any cessions, purchases, and trades to be legal, and an affair between two Princes alone.

IV. DURATION OF THIS TREATY

A. This treaty shall be in effect for not less than ten years, or until the Kings of Algeria and Tunisia are humbled and accept peace with this alliance.

B. No member of this alliance shall leave until the treaty expires, unless all other members agree to dissolve the treaty prematurely.
