Treaty of Vilnius, 1443.​

I. For a period of five years, dating from 1443 to 1448, neither the Kingdom of Lithuania nor the Voivodeship of Moldavia will engage in hostilities against one another. This includes both armed conflict and aiding the enemies of the other with gold.
II. Moldavia will tolerate the Catholic faith within its borders.
III. Lithuania will tolerate the Orthodox faith in all lands south of the Dnieper river.
IV. Lithuania will open her borders to Moldavian merchants immediately, and Moldavia will do the same for Lithuanian merchants. This gesture of good faith will indicate the beginning of closer cooperation and mutual friendship between the two realms.

1 - In order to ensure peace and stability province of Kexholm shall be ceded to Duch of Pommern and House of the Greif with all attatched claims.

2 - Latvian cities and harbours shall enter Wendishe Handels Union as full members with all rights and responsibilities comming from this very fact.

3 - Kingdom of Latvia shall grant right of passage to Duchies of Pommern, Bremen and Gelre for indefinite period of time.

4 - As repartiations, Latvia shall pay the amount of 10000 pieces for the period of next 4 quarters.

Mechanical Effects:
- Reparations: -1 current/max eco to Latvia, +1 current/max eco to Pommern for 1 year/4 turns.
- Cessation of Kexholm: Kexholm will now belong to Pommern.
- Trade: Latvia will become a full member of the WHU.
- RoP: Latvia grants Right of Passage to Pommern, Bremen and Glere.
- Peace: The realms of Latvia and Pommern shall no longer be in a state of war.

As stated earlier, kindly place Latvia as a Pommeranian vassal, with expiration date 4 turns from now. This is the only way to handle transfer of max. eco.
As reperation were removed by JG earlier, there is no way, short of event or loans, to transfer current eco. The full mechanical effects are thus:

* Latvia as vassal of Pommern for 4 turns.
* Latvia joins WHU as full member.
* Latvia grants RoP to Pommern, Bremen and Gelre
* Kexholm now belongs to Pommern

Naples is a vassal of Aragon, and would need to be roleplayed as such. This means Aragon gains half of Naples’ econ points, automatically gains right-of-passage through Naples and can expect all forms of homage from Naples, militarily and diplomatically, from a roleplay point of view.

I suggest that you pick another role if you would find this a tough pill to swallow. We do allow the players of vassals to sever vassalage ties, but at the cost of immense penalties. That road is not one for a new player to go down.

With that in mind, do you still want to pick Naples?

Hold on, sorry I didn't presented this earlier, but here it is:

”1) All Mameluke merchants traveling through the silk road east of Khwarazm shall pass this city. All Mameluke merchants travelling to either the Nogai Horde or the Khazak Khanate shall pass Khwarazm aswell.

2) All Uzbekh merchants travelling to the North African Sultanates, the Emirates or any black Kingdom of Africa shall pass Alexandria.

3) Mameluke merchants may purchase horses in the Uzbekh Khanate only paying a 5 percent toll for them.

4) Uzbekh merchants may purchase steel and iron products in the Mameluke Sultanate only paying a 5 percent tool for it.

5) Merchants from both nations shall only pay a 5 percent toll when purchasing slaves from eitchother. An amount of atleast 250 healthy slaves in good condition (male as females) shall yearly, be availible for purchase in eitch nation by the other nations merchants.”
