Oh, the story of Savoie is a painfull one. But Piemonte IS playable as "The Duchy of Piemonte" I guess. Though you must be ready to play as a vassal...
Hi, SaT and welcome to the forum.Originally posted by SaT
Hi, I'd like to join - as the Duke of Savoy, if possible (allright, Piemonte, for those, who likes that name more).
You said I should write something, why I feel myself good for it...
err... as you see, this is my very first post in this forum, so I'm not that overly experienced... and I don't speak English very well...
now some pros: I have experience with pen and paper RPGs, I learned history and I have enthusiasm![]()
I think, Savoy would be great, because it's the vassal of Genoa, so I could get a little help form form my liege lord in exchange for my money![]()
Sorry, SaT, I almost forgot your application, there. The green light has come in from the top, so you're all clear! Piemonte it is, sir.Originally posted by SaT
I found you through the eu II forums. And because the only thing I miss in the computer game is I can't say to my ally where and when to attack, etc, and I also miss more accurate dynastic relations, in fact I miss the RPG... so "Europa Universalis: Medieval RPG" just sounded about right.
vassalage has its own advanteges: protection, help in hard times. Genoa seems to be a major power in western Italy, a strong ally for me.
Piemonte. Definately![]()
Just one more question: does Piemonte have an electorial vote in the HRE?
