The present situation Concerning Duke Regent Charles and his self Coronation, must be addressed, along with many other issues concerning Gallia.

His Holiness lies ill and incapable of passing Judgement, so it is my holy duty to call a conclave of Cardinals that I shall chair in order to determine the future of France and Gallia. Also the validity of the recent Casus Belli used by England and her allies.

We will convene this month (Wed) and proceed to debate until the third month in session (Wed. Next week) when we shall take a vote.

Frances fate shall reside therein. It is the right of the conclave to give issue in the temporal here due to the vassalisation of the French provinces of Bourbonaise, Provence, and Auvergne to the Papal states.

2. Federation Casus Belli Legitimacy

3. Louis future and health

4. The future of the Vassals

5. Slander of Burgundy and England

6. Any other issue arising

7. Is repentance enough? Judgement and effect.


There is one other important issue to address, but that will wait until the crusades end.

The Hedjaz was harsly tricked by our so called allies to do their bidding at the risk of the Hedjaz people only to backstab us, are going to return the lands of Judea and cancle the attack on Syria to get peace and be forgiven of war. We apologise from any wrong doing to the Austrians and we are sorry for their loss of men, but many were spared and will be freeded, we hope this is a fair agreement.

It should be nary an issue for these artefacts allow muslims to prosper in Syria so it is a win win situation. Upon consulting our Mameluke allies it seems that it would be to danerous to do such an action as to cede Jordan, what will you offer as a gaurntee if Jordan is ceded"
