Arabic name for 'New Granada' - help

Hello,

A question to our fellow Arabic-speaking members of the Community - if I wanted to create a custom nation called 'New Granada' what would the spelling in Arabic be like (romanized ofc)?
'Garnatah al-Jadida' ? Also, what should I insert then in the adjective field?
Just so you understand what I mean => For England it's 'England' and adj 'English', `France` and `French` and so on...
