Are there any events to form Arabia in either vanilla or VIP? If so, can it be done with any of the nations on the arabian peninsula?

VIP lacks enough tags for something like that, but maybe events could be made where any of the Arab nations, under specific circumstances, could gain all the four Arabic cultures.
