I must admit, I love the cultural union countries. I've done them all, many times. However, Arabia and Serbia obviously remain the more hardcore elements of the game. My most recent playthrough was Egypt into Arabia in HOD, no cheats, no savescum..and I think I did ok. I westernised late as I sort of messed up with techs and invasions to boost research points. Regardless, I think I did ok..I finished the game in an all out war with Spain for my north african cores.
I have found ONE playthrough on youtube, and massive high five to that guy..but what are some pro tips we should all know by now to play an unciv? I still struggle..what to promote and use NF on? Just sitting around and waiting for research points makes for boring game play. I can't believe that uncivs are so boring, especially not the likes of Egypt who can boost their RP gain significantly.
