We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Okay so nothing concrete yet, I'm waiting for some data, but we're darn close now.

Yeah, could be in EGA resolution 8 bit - oh no, wait, , something like that is easily done in paint.

Your game is by far the most enjoyable, challenging city-building game out there! I never get bored with it, the graphics are fantastic, and the gameplay is as realistic as I could imagine possible. I have a lot of fun with the districts and the opportunity to add mods to my game is greatly appreciated! Definitely a game that allows me to use my creative mind and pretend I'm an urban planner. I can not wait for the update, I'm super stoked. (I'm hoping it will be available tomorrow ) Fantastic job with the game, I'm loving it.

After the last patch, they're not going to release just before the weekend anymore. My guess is if "mid-May" is still valid, that we'll see the patch on Monday or Tuesday.

Im so hyped for the update! I'm going to create a hilly map myself, just so I can use the new tunnels!
Hey Moo,
will we be able to see inside the tunnels? For mods that let you see first person perspective... will we be able to watch from a car view as someone goes in and out of a tunnel? or will it be like a subway and disappear into the ether one end and show up again on the other side?

It would be a great day for it, wouldn't it??
Especially as the full (OS and up) reinstall I did yesterday in an attempt to fix existing issues has now completely broken the game for me.
So I'm going to assume that this next update will not only give me back my game but it'll probably also cure cancer and bring unicorns to every crying baby on the planet!
Ps: Sorry if anyone took my previous post as something of an announcement. I'm not a divine being like Mr. Moo, I figured my "Private" status would give that away..
Especially as the full (OS and up) reinstall I did yesterday in an attempt to fix existing issues has now completely broken the game for me.

The latter, right now at least. Cars are still simulated in there but there's no rendered interior.

To be honest, there's not much to see inside a tunnel anyway, so no loss there IMHO.
EDIT: That's not to confuse a 2 lane transit tunnel with say, a commuter underground walkway mall.

@TotalyMoo are tunnels only for roads at the moment or for all types of agent paths (train track, road, pedestrian footpath etc)
