When I go crusading, I often run out of courtiers of my religion and culture to appoint to captured provinces. Is there any penalty for appointing the other courtiers?

and appointing them an mess you up when conversions happen..they go to intermediate rulers culture religion make an arab a count and your pagans turn muslim hehe not fun
