In Line 560 in the event-file for Britain in the random event generator for the abdication crisis following flag is checked:
has_country_flag = ENG_upper_classes_support_marriage
This flag is never set, it seems to me that actually the flag should be
has_country_flag = ENG_working_classes_support_marriage
In the current case, the "Working classes support marriage" event could fire back-to-back, which seems to be what the flag should prevent.
