To be fair PUS arent 100% random, there is a guide around here that explains it in detail. But it is an extremely hidden and intentionally shady system.

What's the point of royal marriages if you have 0 chance of getting a PU out of them..
Really? Is this non-christian only?
I've been playing christian lately and there is a big fat -1,000 malus for wrong religious group.

You mean the guide that says "you need *luck* for this. A ton of it," ?
I had Burgundy, England, Austria, Spain, Lithuania and Hungary as minor PU subjects AT ONCE with France divided between me and Burgundy, and with chances for Portugal and Sweden too. Of course, you need *luck* for this. A ton of it. But you'd be suprised how many greater powers go to disputed succesion status sooner or later.
I dunno how I feel about PUs being Europe-only, honestly.
Feels kind of crummy, even with marriages being enabled cross-faith outside of Europe.
ridiculous. If you don't want France Pu'ing Castille, PU Castille yourself. If YOU would get PU, i doubt you'd complain. Plz don't use France as an argument to ruin an implemented historical mechanic..
AE and coalition is plain bad idea, ahistorical and counter intuitive because in reality politicians arranged royal marriages to *avoid* wars, not to get a coalition.
How is ahistorical when the war of the Spanish succession happened? France inheriting Spain should make everyone go bonkers, peaceful inheritance or not.
