Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This has happened a couple of times. I end my turn, and for whatever reason the AI never finishes it's turn. I've left it for as much as 30 minutes before.

Yes
Steps to reproduce the issue
Load my game, and end the turn. I'm attaching 2 save game files where this happens.
Attach DxDiag (PC) or System Info log (Mac)
